Adhesion of coating: plastic spraying coating should be closely attached to the surface of substrate and have certain wear resistance and corrosion resistance. Whether the adhesion of the coating is up to standard can be tested by means of checking method, viscometer method and so on. Waterproof performance: the surface of plastic-sprayed products is not allowed to rust, and the waterproof test must be done before the inspection of plastic-sprayed products. Take 2% of each batch of plastic sprayed products for waterproof test, and shower them under the faucet for 20 minutes to check whether there is light transmission, cracks, lack of welding and loopholes.

Damage and deformation: The surface of plastic-sprayed products is not allowed to be bruised or deformed, and the surface should be flat and free from corner warping and bending. Abrasion: Abrasion caused by friction is not allowed. Particles and pits: there can be no small particles of plastic powder, bumps, plastic traces, etc. on the surface of plastic-sprayed products, and scattered and a small amount of particles are allowed; Pits are also allowed to disperse and exist in small amounts.

Scratches: There must be no scratches on the surface of plastic-sprayed products, and there must be no deep scratches and no leakage from the bottom plate; Only dispersed and trace amounts are allowed. Gap: Plastic spraying products should be waterproof, and there are also requirements for gaps.
