The detection methods commonly used in our factory include:

Visual inspection method: carry out visual inspection according to standardized data, and judge whether the surface smoothness, color consistency and other aspects meet the requirements with experience.

Defect detection method: use microscope, high magnification magnifying glass, crack detector and other tools to detect defects on the surface of plastic-sprayed products.

Detection method of coating thickness gauge: use coating thickness gauge to measure the thickness of plastic-sprayed coating to judge whether the adhesion of coating is qualified.

Optical band coating detection method: the thickness, flatness and color consistency of the coating on the surface of plastic-sprayed products are tested by optical band coating detector. Through the above standards and testing methods, the quality of plastic spraying surface can be ensured, and the aesthetics and service life of products can be improved.
