Water line for craft. For those that are installed on the ground and use little water, it should be ensured that there is a vent valve at the end of the pipeline to keep the water flowing normally to prevent freezing. If conditions permit, heat insulation should be added to the pipeline. Discontinuous waterline must be equipped with electric tracing belt for thermal insulation, otherwise it will be unusable. For unused waterlines in winter, the flanges on both sides should be disassembled, and all the water should be stored. If conditions permit, industrial wind should be used for purging to ensure that the accumulated water in the pipeline will not be filled. If the switch is lax, blind plates should be added at the flanges disassembled at both ends, and registration and listing should be made. For some pipelines that are not used in normal production, because they are out of service for a long time, there may be stagnant water in the dead corner and they will freeze. Once they are used, they will be blocked and affect production. Before entering the winter, such pipelines should be dredged and replaced with proper flow, and then the relevant valves should be closed to keep them in a standby state. For fire hydrants and fire water line valve wells of fire water line system, the valves in the valve wells should be closed, and the water purification plugs should be put into use to ensure that the water plugs can be put into use at any time. Double-layer manhole covers (one of which is thermal insulation manhole cover) should be used in fire wells.
