1、 Temperature measurement twice a day
Before entering the office area, consciously accept temperature detection, once in the morning and once at noon. If the temperature exceeds 37.2 ℃, immediately go home for observation and rest, and go to the hospital if necessary.
2、 Avoid direct contact
If it is inevitable to go to the elevator room during work, you must wear a mask to avoid direct contact with the door handle and elevator button.
3、 Daily disinfection
Before starting work in the morning and afternoon, the office area was killed twice. Disinfect personal mobile phones with alcohol disinfection cotton tablets or 75% alcohol at least once, pay attention to the cleanness of the office environment, and maintain the habit of washing hands frequently, drinking more water and ventilation.
4、 Reduce congregation meetings

5、 Avoid eating with multiple people at the same time
Strictly follow the meal arrangement during the epidemic prevention and control period of the unit, implement separate meals, avoid eating together, face-to-face and talking.
6、 Comprehensive disinfection after work
Return to the residence after work, remove the mask, properly dispose of the discarded mask, wash hands and clean the clothes. Clean the face and mouth, take a hot bath when conditions permit, and wipe and disinfect items such as mobile phones and keys with disinfectant wipes or 75% alcohol.
