Practice of installation and reinforcement of manhole
Different methods can be used to reinforce the manhole according to different materials and scenes. The following are some common reinforcement methods:
Reinforcement of light steel keel: two keels are transversely reinforced on the light steel keel, leaving the installation size of the access opening. Put the finished inspection port frame in, and directly fix the four sides on the auxiliary keel by self-tapping. Finally, the inner cover is placed in the outer frame, and the installation is completed. Brick wall reinforcement: clean up the sundries around the manhole to ensure that the work area is clean and tidy.
Bricks will be built into a wall as required and fixed around the manhole. After the brick wall is fixed, it is filled with cement, and the reinforcement can be completed after the cement is dried.
Reinforced concrete reinforcement: clean up the dirt and sundries around the work area and the inspection port to ensure the surrounding environment is clean and tidy. Dig a pit with a depth of 15-20cm around the manhole, put the steel mesh in into the pit and fix it with steel bars. Make cement slurry, mix it with stones, pour it into the pit, level it with a shovel, and complete the reinforcement after the cement slurry dries.
Steel plate reinforcement: clean the working area and the environment around the manhole. Place the steel plate with appropriate size around the access opening and fix it with bolts. Check the flatness of the steel plate and polish its surface with a grinder, and finally apply antirust paint.
