In order to alleviate the troubles caused by the haze to the family, reduce the health hazards, and improve the indoor breathing environment, many people choose to install a household fresh air system in their homes, so how should they choose a fresh air system?
First, noise.
The noise of the fresh air system mainly comes from the fresh air main engine and pipes. The fresh air host has a built-in fan, and the noise generated by the operation of the fan plus the vibration of the main body when the fresh air is running will also produce noise. When the fresh air is supplied and returned, the airflow and the pipe and the tuyere will have impact and friction, which will also produce noise. Machine running will produce a certain amount of noise, and different levels of noise will have different impacts on people's daily lives. Install the fresh air under normal conditions and the noise generated during operation will not affect people's daily life. The amount of noise depends to a certain extent on the rationality of the scheme design and the construction norms of the workers. The fresh air plan design will first calculate the air volume required by each room according to the function of each room and the possible number of resident populations, and equip with fresh air fans with appropriate air volume. If the design is unreasonable and blindly pursue the ventilation effect to increase the air volume, the air volume will be large and the noise will increase accordingly. Unreasonable elbows of the fresh air pipes, unlevel pipes, and poor hoisting stability of the main engine, which are linked to the construction specifications, will also increase the noise of the fresh air system. In the face of noise problems, many companies will use some auxiliary materials (silence pipes, sound-absorbing cotton) to reduce noise in the design and construction of the scheme.
Second, energy consumption.
The fresh air system is turned on 24 hours a day to ensure that the indoor air is healthy and fresh air all the time. The air volume of the fresh air is different, and the energy consumption is different. Some fresh air has a strong and weak gear that can be adjusted. The strong gear must consume more power than the weak gear. Fresh air can be divided into one-way flow and two-way flow according to functions. The one-way flow fresh air system only introduces air and does not exhaust air. The two-way flow fresh air can both introduce and exhaust air. In contrast, one-way Streaming will save power than bidirectional streaming. However, overall, the energy consumption of fresh air is not high. For example, a 150 bidirectional flow fresh air system generally consumes about 120w/h, and it only uses 2 kWh of electricity.
Third, the air volume.
The original purpose of the fresh air system is to solve the problem of indoor ventilation. Of course, the greater the air volume, the better the ventilation effect will be. The most common household fresh air systems mainly have air volume of 150, 250 and 350. The air volume of 150 means that the air output of the fresh air host is 150m per hour, 250, 350 and so on. As mentioned earlier, the design of air volume must first determine the function of the room. Different functions and uses require different fresh air volume indicators. For example, the kitchen will have oily smoke and the air quality is poor, which is definitely much higher than that of the bedroom. Secondly, the air volume of the fresh air system needs to be designed in accordance with the number of resident population in the home and the per capita fresh air volume. At present, the lower index of the fresh air volume is generally 30m per person per hour. Generally speaking, a machine with an air volume of 150 can meet the use of a house within 70 square meters, a machine with an air volume of 250 can meet a house with an air volume of 120 square meters, and a machine with a 350 air volume must be considered for more than 120 square meters. As mentioned earlier, air volume and noise are related to each other. The larger the air volume, the noise will increase accordingly. Generally speaking, a reasonable fresh air design can balance the air volume and noise, and the fresh air effect will be greater.
