Maintenance measures

1. Installation measures: reasonably select the installation location: a dry place without rain and snow leakage.

2. When the spot inspection measures are available, a specially assigned person shall carry out technical confirmation and technical disposal on whether the thermal insulation materials are damaged and whether the steam pipeline is blocked every day.

3. If conditions permit, a small audible and visual alarm device in the state of steam leakage or power failure can be installed to facilitate the discovery and timely treatment of hidden dangers of thermal insulation and antifreeze measures.

4. The patrol inspection measures shall be regularly inspected by the regional instrument maintenance responsible person according to the scheduled patrol inspection route. During patrol inspection, it is necessary to check whether the insulation pipeline valve, insulation box, drainage device, insulation material package and electric heat tracing power supply components are normal. Focus on the inspection of instruments of freezing prone devices, make patrol inspection records, carry out dry, complete and clean maintenance of instruments and their thermal insulation and antifreeze measures, and timely solve the thermal insulation and heat tracing problems on site.
